入住之前要通過郵件把按金付了。Check in也有些周折，沒有前台，電話沒人接，後來發訊息才聯繫上，沒有當地電話的話比較麻煩，有服務員直接在門口等著交房卡。房間裡設施倒是齊全，也很新，但客廳沒有窗簾！！這個的確是大大的意外！退房以後也沒有寄存行李的服務，據訂房網站説周圍有付費寄存的地方。體驗感一般吧。

The hotel locates opposite to a small garden with quiet neighbourhood. Yet it's close to bus stops and eateries. The closest supermarket is 10 minutes walk away, while the Metro Station Peel is 30 minutes away by foot. The room was spacious, equipped with sufficient kitchenettes, a sofa, dinning table with chairs, and washing machine. However one should be reminded only to book the room with garden view. Otherwise you would has to pull the curtain down always in order to keep your privacy from the next building. Please be aware that a reachable phone no. is necessary for registration online. No luggage storage before check in, nor after check out.

Studio bien equipado u en una zona animada de Montreal. El servicio es amable y reactivo. Le pedimos sábanas para el sofá cama a las 22:30 porque no las habían puesto y las trajeron enseguida. Lo negativo es el aparcamiento, difícil encontrar en la calle y muy caro en parking, y el ruido, demasiado ruidoso a causa del tráfico y la ventilación también es muy ruidosa en el interior.

Because I trusted C訂房網站 Youxiang to recommend the 4-Diamond Hotel, but there was no sign, reception, parking lot, or even a receptionist when I arrived at the venue. There is only one young man running around upstairs and downstairs. I immediately called C訂房網站 to apply for a cancellation of the order, as the 1200 yuan hotel did not even have a sign or front desk, and the goods were severely mismatched. So C訂房網站 called and texted the hotel, and the hotel staff told me on site that they wouldn't answer the phone that night. We didn't know if there was a qualified hotel like this, and this service made us husband and wife feel that our personal safety was not guaranteed. So, for safety reasons, we spent 1400 yuan again at midnight to check into the Hilton hotel. The complaint has been pending for two days without a reasonable explanation from C訂房網站, and C訂房網站 ultimately did not receive a reasonable explanation from the hotel. As a result, we lost more than half of our expenses, which amounted to over 590 yuan. Due to poor hotel attitude and lack of communication, it is strongly not recommended.因為信任訂房網站優享會推薦4鑽酒店，但去到現場沒有招牌，沒有接待，沒有停車場，連個接待的人開始都沒有。只有一個小哥樓上樓下到處跑。第一時間打電話給訂房網站申請訂單取消，因為1200元的酒店連個招牌、前台都沒有，嚴重貨不對板。於是訂房網站打電話和短信給酒店，酒店方人員現場告訴我他們不會接聽電話那天晚上，這樣的不知道有沒有資質的酒店，這樣的服務讓我們夫妻感覺到人身安全得不到保證，於是為了安全，凌晨12點再次消費1400元入住希爾頓酒店。投訴已經二天得不到訂房網站網合理的解釋，訂房網站最終也得不到酒店的合理解釋，最後我們損失了590多的一半費用。由於酒店態度差不溝通，強烈不推薦。

A brand new apt, fully furnished. Easy check-in and check-out. Panamonic city view, No hesitation for recommendation to any family visiting Montreal.

We had a wonderful stay! Location is great, the apartment is super clean, super easy check in process and Rachid was so accommodating and kind during our stay. Highly recommend!

住在房裡感覺混身發癢，味道也不太好，房間面積還是蠻大的，廚衞電器也全，位置不錯👌周邊環境比較惡劣，路上流浪漢多！
